  3. Reading text on a computer screen is damaging for your eyes, you may get a headache, and that is not good. However, if you reduce the contrasts between the text color and the background color, your eyes won't be tired as fast.
  4. AllWrite lets you choose between the standard white background and a soft yellow one. Take a look in the General Settings in the Edit menu.
